Back in 2014, when I opened my first personal training studio at Studio 14 Circuit Training, I quickly learned that outsourcing every renovation and repair simply wasn’t realistic. So instead of waiting, I picked up the tools myself. What began as a financial necessity turned into something much bigger, a passion for building, fixing, and transforming spaces from the ground up.

Over the past 11 years, I’ve built four personal training studios from the ground up and developed extensive experience in renovations, repairs, and general construction. I’ve completed full kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, basement renovations, and entire home transformations. Along the way, I discovered how much I enjoy helping others bring their own spaces to life, handling the projects that sit on the to-do list, fixing problems before they grow, and creating homes that feel more functional, comfortable, and beautiful.
